Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2855157A1] The package has a container (1) in which shellfishes (4) are arranged. The container has a protection device (3) that is inserted between the shellfishes and a cover (2) of the container. The protection device is inserted at the level of a zone that corresponds to projecting parts of the head of the shellfish. The cover is in direct contact with the remaining part of the main body of shellfishes. An independent claim is also included for a process of cooking shell fishes.
