Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2004108634A2] The invention relates to compounds that are suitable to be coupled to pharmaceuticals, especially biopharmaceuticals, and to conjugates on the basis of said compounds with biomolecules or pharmaceutically active agents. The inventive compounds can be produced in a simple manner by multicomponent reactions. Another object of the invention is the use of the conjugates as improved formulation of pharmaceuticals and the production thereof. The invention further relates to a laboratory kit for the in vitro production of conjugates on the basis of the inventive compounds and pharmaceuticals and to biotechnological substances, especially biopharmaceuticals, to pharmaceutically active agents, synthetic molecules or surfaces.
