Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2004111468A1] The invention relates to a hydraulic drive for displacing an actuator (7) between two predefined end positions, said drive comprising a piston unit (4), which is housed in a cylinder unit (3) and can be impinged in opposing directions by means of hydraulic springs, and a control device for the alternate impingement of the piston unit (4) in opposing directions. The aim of the invention is to create advantageous construction conditions. To achieve this: the cylinder unit (3) comprises an end section (10) with a smaller cross-section than the rest of the cylinder chamber (9), said end section housing and sealing the respective end face (12) of the piston unit (4) in its corresponding end position; the end sections (10), which are connected to a return line (14) for the hydraulic fluid via a restrictor (13), are delimited in relation to the rest of the cylinder chamber (9) by a respective control edge (11); and the control device consists of a positioning drive (28), which allows the axial displacement of the control edge (11) in relation to the end face (12) of the piston.
