Abstract (en)
An electrically conductive metal shielding layer (3) covers first (2) and second (8) carrier layers . Running crosswise to a longitudinal strip direction (Z) and recurring with lengthwise gaps (P), a spacer split (5) fits in the shield layer (3) so as to create an electrical interruption in this layer in the longitudinal strip direction. An independent claim is also included for an electric data-transmission cable with multiple twisted wire pairs and an outer casing of foil shielding.
