Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2004106683A1] The invention relates to a revolving door drive mechanism for a door having at least one leaf. The leafs of said door can be moved by a door closer (1) in the direction of opening and closing, wherein said door closer (1) is driven by a drive unit. In order to provide an automatic drive mechanism for a revolving door that is very compact and whose appearance does not impair the architectonic design of a door and which is also economical to produce and requires almost no maintenance, the drive unit is configured in the form of an electro-hydraulic drive unit.
