Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2004111425A1] The actuator consists of a drive shaft (1) to which the valve flap (8) is attached. A denticulated segment (2) is mounted in a manner that enables it to rotate about the first rotation axis (D1) of the drive shaft (1). Another segment (3) is placed parallel to the denticulated segment (2) and is joined to the drive shaft (1) in a fixed manner. A two-sided lever (4) is mounted between the denticulated segment (2) and the other segment (3) in a manner that enables it to pivot about a second rotation axis (D2) of a pin (3a), which is placed parallel to the first rotation axis (D1) on the side of the other segment (3) facing the denticulated segment (2). The denticulated segment (2) also has a recess (2a), and a projection (4a) is placed on the two-sided lever (4) at the end of the second lever arm (b) of the two-sided lever (4). The additional segment (3) comprises a third stop (7) for the second denticulated segment (2). The invention also relates to the use of the actuator for reversibly displacing a valve flap (8) of a gas return valve of a motor vehicle.
