Abstract (en)
The method involves superimposing a glue on an air permeable mounting plate (1) e.g. medium density fiberboard, and applying veneer pre-cut parts (2) on the plate. A negative pressure is produced at a side opposite to the pre-cut parts by openings (4) that are present at a top side of a coating station for absorption and fixing of the pre-cut parts. The pre-cut parts with its edges are put together on a surface of the plate. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a furniture plate with a mounting plate and veneer pre-cut parts (B) a device for manufacturing a furniture plate.
