Abstract (en)
A process for producing a hybrid component comprises forming a blank (1), injection moulding around the blank in an injection mould (10) using a low melting point adhesive to form an intermediate product, and injection moulding around the latter using a plastic. The blank consists of a metal component (4) and an electronic component (6). A thermally insulating buffer zone is applied during injection moulding around the blank. The plastic that surrounds the intermediate product forms a mixed zone (9) with the adhesive. The injection-moulding tool used to form the hybrid component, is a multi-component unit.
