[origin: EP1635379A1] The lamp has two curved surface areas (F1, F2), where one surface area is attached at a rear of a socket (2) and another surface area is attached at a front of a reflector opening. A light discharge center of a discharge lamp (5) is arranged on a longitudinal axis of a reflector and relative to the curved surface area (F1), such that salt passing light of the discharge lamp is distributed over an entire illuminating surface.
