Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2004113648A1] The invention relates to a mobile concrete pump comprising a body framework (14) mounted on the running gear (10) of a truck chassis (12), a tabernacle (22) that is arranged in the body framework (14) and that is rotatable about a vertical axis (20) and a concrete distributing boom (24) configured in the form of multi-element articulated boom (24). Said concrete distributing boom consisting, for example, of six elements, has a first boom arm (1) in a first articulation (A), which rotates with respect to the tabernacle (22), in addition to other boom arms (2 to 6) arranged in the articulations (B to F), which can rotate with respect to one another. In order to enable the use of a distributing boom with a longer reach, a trailer (32) having its own chassis (34) is provided, said trailer being connected to the running gear (10) by a coupling element (36) in the road traveling state. The trailer (32) has a carrier stool (40) rotatable about a vertical axis (38) for receiving an arm ensemble (42) that projects beyond the rear end of the running gear (10) in the road traveling state. The arm ensemble (42) consists of the second arm (2) extending in the extended position of the second articulation (B) with respect to the first boom arm (1) and the remaining boom arms (3 to 6) which are which are folded with respect to the second boom arm (2) and forms the coupling element (36) together with the first boom arm (1), whereby the vertical axes (20,38) of the tabernacle (22) and the carrier stool (40) are configured as free rotational axes of the coupling element (36) in the road traveling state while the second articulation (B) can be freely rotated about its pivotal axis.
