[origin: WO2004114226A1] The invention relates to a method and system for recording work time, in which a data recording client (10, ,16) records biometric data and/or body condition data of the user (1) and, together with the user data, transmits the data via a first communications channel (30/31) to the central unit (20/21). The user (1) is identified based on the transmitted biometric data and/or body condition data and on biometric data and/or body condition data of users stored in the user database (40). The analyzed data are transmitted to a wage recording module (50) and are evaluated and/or verified by this wage recording module (50).
