Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1637117A1] The device has a base assembled of two parallel positioned boards (1a, 1b) joined at one end with a handle bar (2) and fitted with a pedal (5) at the opposite end. The pedal (5) acts on two hydraulic cylinders (6a, 6b) inserted between the base (1a, 1b) and the lower of two swivel mounted holding elements (4a, 4b). A transversally positioned cylindrical element (9) accommodating an electric drive performing an oscillating motion and joined to the upper holding element (4b) is lifted into an appropriate position in order to stimulate a particular body area.
