Abstract (en)
The brake has a dual brake action with a brake block (5) acting both on the roadway surface and on the back wheel. The brake action can be varied through the resilient swing bar (9) which has a forked structure to turn about the rotational point (6) on which the brake block is mounted. In the rest position the swing bar is pressed by a compression spring (11)against the stops in the housing.
