[origin: EP1637347A1] The insert comprises a fold-up sleeve (7) with two cover sheets (8,10) connected by a spine sheet (9) with the first cover sheet having one or more punch holes for fixing on the file bracket (5,8) whilst the second cover sheet has an engagement face for fixing on the back cover (3) over the file. The spine sheet connects the two cover sheets along the upper or lower edge of the file and is therefore wide enough to form a support surface spaced from both the front (2) and back (3) covers of the file. The cover sheets have a length across the back spine sheet to correspond to part of the length of the filed material.
