In this case, the inner part ( 3 ) can be entirely accommodated by the outer part ( 2 ) and is connected via a closure tab ( 4 ), which is formed on the inner part ( 3 ), to the outer part ( 2 ) in such a manner that the closure tab ( 4 ) is fastened to the end of an outer side of the outer part ( 2 ), and the closure tab ( 4 ) can be severed by a tear-off strip ( 6 ), so that the inner part ( 3 ) can be released from the outer part.
