[origin: EP1637693A1] The device has a rolling tube (5) around which a shutter in folded position is rolled and an unrolling axle (8) to control unrolling of the shutter. A transmission unit has a reducer (11) to retransmit a variable speed with the help of an unrolling axle driving unit to the tube. The variable speed is compensated by relative rotation of a planetary support by driving a torsion spring (21) that is then loaded with torsion. An independent claim is also included for a roller blind for skylight, or veranda, including a shutter.
