Abstract (en)
The cleaning device has workpiece holders (3) and a nozzle (4) mounted so that relative movement is possible between the nozzle outlet and the workpiece holder with a linear displacement in the direction of the rotational axis, a linear displacement perpendicular to the rotational axis, a swivel movement about an axis perpendicular to the rotational axis and a swivel movement about an axis parallel to the rotational axis. Independent claim describes method for treating or cleaning workpieces by moving the workpiece holder and/or nozzle so that a relative movement is possible between the nozzle outlet and workpiece holder in different motions.
