Abstract (en)
A contact production process comprises applying a contact forming coating onto a carrier by laser welding using a pulsed laser and by supplying coating material. The operating parameters are arranged so the temperature in the weld region during welding oscillates about the melting temperature, so the melt alternates between liquid and solid states.
