Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1640528A1] The plate has a base including a base plate (14), and a stand (19) connected with lower parts of two flat profiles. The profiles are applied against plane sides (20, 21) of the stand and present retaining grooves (28, 30) for the profiles. The plane sides form a predetermined angle that is equal to that formed by consecutive panels, of a balustrade, carried by a vertical post.
