Abstract (en)
The apparatus has pushers (4, 5) with arms including control pads (12). The pads have grooves presenting L and J shaped portions such that the grooves form a U shaped cavity (17) when the pads are in rest position. Parallel branches of the cavity receive a tool (50) for setting respective pushers, in depression position. A transversal branch of the cavity receives the tool for setting the two pushers in depression position.
