[origin: EP1642513A1] Heel comprises a tread (10) with a centering pin (11) arranged on a holding spot (12), a holding bolt (13) arranged on the tread and a spring and damping layer arranged between the tread and the holding spot. The tread and the holding spot are made from the same material. Preferred Features: The spring and damping layer is made from a foamed plastic and is injected and/or foamed on the tread and holding spot. The centering pin is supported on a spring which is arranged in a heel body (1).
