[origin: EP1642556A1] A disposable pull-on wearing article (1) includes a body fluid absorbent assembly (3) being formed in a crotch region (8) with a pair of inwardly folded portions (50) on both sides of a longitudinal center line. The body fluid absorbent assembly (3) comprises an hourglass-shaped core (21) and a cover sheet (22) used to cover this core (21). The core (21) is formed its both side edges with notches (8b) and respective regions of the cover sheet (22) lying in these notches (8b) are provided with a pair of crotch region elastic members (70) extending in a back-and-forth direction and intersecting folding guide lines (20s, 20t).
