[origin: WO2006128654A1] The pressurized CO<SUB>2</SUB> gas source is an insert which can be attached with sealing in an orifice of the vessel. The insert has a high-pressure CO<SUB>2</SUB> cartridge (14), a pressure control valve for delivering CO<SUB>2</SUB> therefrom and an actuator (24, 40) accessible from the outside, actuation of which allows the high-pressure CO<SUB>2</SUB> cartridge (14) to be pierced. The actuator can be locked automatically after first actuation and can be blocked against repeated actuation.
