[origin: WO2005007948A1] The invention relates to device for producing spun thread from staple fibre assembly comprising a delivery channel which is provided with an admission opening and a spindel-like stationary component. The inventive device also comprises a fluid unit for producing a vortex flow around the admission opening of the fibre delivery channel and an air exhaust channel surrounding the spindel-like component in the form of a circle. Said device comprises an injection channel connectable to a compressed air source which is connected to the fibre delivery channel by means of an orifice and directed to the admission opening thereof. According to said invention, the spindel-like component is provided with a separate spindle tip comprising the admission opening of the fibre delivery channel and also the injection channel.
