Production of thermally-stressed components (1) of turbomachines with an integral cooling structure (7) comprises: (A) preparing a wax pattern for the component; (B) inserting a ceramic core with an open-pored structure; (C) dipping the product in a ceramic slip; (D) drying to produce a mold; (E) heating the mold to remove the wax; (F) casting to produce the component; and (G) removing the ceramic core.
