[origin: EP1645436A2] The palette has a base, and a set of color holders that are attached to base. The holders are formed of base pigments (2) that are made of foaming starch which is wet by dipping the holders in water for 1-2 seconds so that the holders become sticky. The pigments are cylindrical in shape and have a length of about 25-30 millimeter (mm). The pigments are attached to a rod (1), which has a diameter of about 1 to 2 mm.
