[origin: EP1645813A2] The procedure involves the supply of air over fresh air filter of blower by a plenum (suction and pressure chamber) (5). The air (2) then flows over the other filter inside the plenum, from where it is sent to the clean room. An independent claim is also included for the arrangement.
