[origin: WO2005005460A1] The present invention relates to a method of washing and concentrating of protein precipitates by use of centrifugal forces and fluxes of solvents, which maintain the precipitate particles in a fluidized zone within the rotating chamber. The proteins may be insulin, insulin analogues or insulin derivatives or GLP-1 or GLP-2 and analogues and derivates thereof such as acylated proteins.
