Abstract (en)

Optical testing devices (3,3',3'') in a test area (TA) perform a visual check on solar cells (SC) (2). A testing device (4) tests the electrical functions of the SC with a lighting device for irradiating the SC. An electric contacting device picks up voltages on the contacts of the SC. A common linear conveyor-belt system (7) runs through the TA.
