[origin: WO2005011414A1] Disclosed is a protective glove that is made of a metal ring mesh and is provided with a metallic closing means (10) for fastening the glove to the user's hand. Said closing means is provided with at least one snap fastener mechanism (11) encompassing a snap button (12) and at least one snap button-receiving device (13). A versatile, durable protective glove meeting hygiene requirements is created by the fact that the metallic snap button (12) engages from both sides into one and the same metallic snap button-receiving device (13) which is integrated into the metal ring mesh of the protective glove while the snap button-receiving device (13) is provided with an elastic element on both sides of a separating disk (16), said elastic element being effectively connected to the snap button.
