[origin: WO2005012065A1] The invention relates to a supporting frame for a user vehicle, especially for an articulated truck, comprising a front part (14), a centre part (16) and a rear part (18). According to the invention, the centre part is provided with, in a half-timbered manner, at least two upper booms and at least two lower booms forming, when seen in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, a box-type section. The front part and the rear part are, in the manner of a conductor frame, formed by a right and a left longitudinal supporting element (20, 22, 26, 28). The longitudinal supporting element comprises a U-shaped cross-section when seen in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. Said supporting frame can be used, for example, for articulated trucks provided with a voluminous exhaust gas cleaning system and a large fuel tank.
