[origin: WO2005009859A1] The drinking and pouring closure comprises a spout (1) with a radially downwards-extending flange (5) for welding to a composite packaging, or a spout (1) with a lower threaded cap moulded thereon for screwing onto a bottle thread. A mouth- or pouring-piece (2) may be plugged onto the spout (1) which forms a piercing cutter (13) on the spout inner side, fitting therein in the form of a nipple. The above forms at least one piercing tip (17) with the lower edge (18) thereof and a cutting edge (18) curving upwards therefrom at an angle to the nipple rotation axis. Furthermore, the mouth or pouring piece (2) forms a sleeve (7) on the outer side of the spout, surrounding the same. Interlocking guides are moulded between the outside of the spout (1) and the inside of the sleeve (7), which, on depressing the mouth or pouring piece (2) on the spout (1), generate a rotation of the mouth or pouring piece (2) on the spout (1), such that the piercing cutter (13) cuts a disc out of the composite or film material and then swings the same downwards.
