[origin: EP1076136A2] The insert part has an elastically deformable regulating body (3') arranged inside an outer casing (2), to define a control space (4). The opening cross-section of the control space can be altered according to the deformation of the regulating body due to the fluid pressure through the casing. The regulating body is arranged without play between supports (6) on opposite sides. The supports can be adjusted and fixed to form the space between the regulating body and the casing.
