[origin: EP1650376A2] The girder is formed as an I-girder with a tubular top flange (1) and a tubular bottom flange (2) connected by a web (3). The web is formed as a hollow section, and the height of the web is greater than twice the diameter of the outer diameter of the flanges, and less than five times the outer diameter of the flanges. At least one undercut groove (12,13) extends in the longitudinal direction of the girder in the web connecting the flanges.
