[origin: EP1650833A1] The adaptor includes a disk (60) with an axial opening (64) for the conductors (52) of the respective cables (50). The disc has a cone (62) formed on its rear side, facing the cable, with a central opening aligned with the axial opening (54) in the disk. A complementary disk (70) is fixed and positioned on the disk, and has an opening (72) adapted to the cone, so that one cable can be inserted with its conductors through the respective opening., and the screening braiding (68) and sheath (66) of a cable are pressed together between the cone and the opening (72). An independent claim is included for a round connector.
