Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2005016551A1] Disclosed is a dispensing pack comprising a dosing pump (40) and a container (26) that is connected thereto in a sealing manner and can be aerated by means of the pump. The inventive dispensing pack further comprises a sealing cap (22) enclosing an axial opening, a holder (38) for fixing the pump within the opening of the sealing cap (22), a pump housing (48) encompassing a pump cylinder, a pump piston that is movable in a sealed manner inside the pump chamber and is provided with a piston shaft, an axial outlet duct extending through the piston shaft and the pump piston while connecting the pump chamber to a dispensing port of the actuating head, an inlet valve as well as an outlet valve for the flowable medium, and a helical pressure spring which impinges the pump piston in the direction of the resting position thereof. The volume of the container containing the flowable medium can be adjusted to the decrease in the volume of the flowable medium, which is dispensed from the container. The inner edge (52) of the hole of the seal (41) rests in an airtight manner against the exterior face of the pump housing (48) between the face (27) of the container neck (21) and the external flange (34) of the holder (38).
