Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2004113241A1] Method for tempering and cooling of glass in tempering machine, which includes a separate tempering section (TS) and a separate cooling section (CS), which is little longer than glass, including at least one tempering blower and air channels and nozzle arrangements (CHP) to aim the air blow onto the glass. During tempering the method divides the air from the blower/blowers in between the tempering and cooling sections in such a way, that high enough cooling effect is achieved in the tempering section for the glass being tempered.
