Abstract (en)
The stock inlet (1), at a machine to produce a paper or cardboard web (2), has a jet outlet (4) at right angles to the machine running line and across the machine width. An upper arm (9) and two center units (10,11) between it and a lower arm (8) and preferably carriers (12) form a turbulence generator (13). The lower jet wall (5) is rigidly bonded to the lower arm of the central component group (7) and is also connected to a lateral carrier (16) under the center group, through a number of carriers (15) distributed across the machine width, which are pliable or can bend easily.
