Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2006018369A1] The aim of the invention is to restrict reception of service messages (SN), which are stored in a service center (SZ), by a telecommunication terminal (TKG) such that the content of said service messages (e.g. sex sells) can be protected and cannot be made freely available to people such as children and young people who have access to the telecommunication terminal (TKG). According to the invention, during the transfer of service messages (SN) whose respective contents should be protected from people with access to said messages, such as children or young people, advisory information (HWI) is sent to users of the telecommunication terminal (TKG) to whom the service message (SN) is addressed, informing them that the content of the service message (SN) is not suitable for children and young people. The advisory information (HWI) leads to a local password interrogation in the telecommunication terminal (TkG) by comparing inputted actual/required passwords (I-KW, S-KW) which can be activated by the owner or authorized users of the telecommunication terminal and/or by the manufacturer of the telecommunication terminal.
