The present invention relates to a floor plate, formed in an open mould and of cured concrete, which floor plate comprises a bottom surface and a top surface, wherein the top surface is a walkable mirror surface and wherein the top surface is provided with at least one longitudinal gutter, side gutter or side gutter part extending over at least a part of the longitudinal direction of the floor plate, to a method for manufacturing the floor plate and to a floor comprising the floor plate.
