Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1657452A1] The oscillator has housing (2) in which an oscillation chamber (3) is provided. An oscillator piston (13) is arranged linearly in the chamber. The chamber divides axially into operating chambers (14a, 14b). The piston functions as a valve unit so that it is connected position dependently with the operating chambers so that the pressure differences, opposing each other in the two end positions, lie between the operating chambers.
