Abstract (en)
The system has a European vital computer (1) connected to specific transmission modules (STM) (2-4). The modules have automatic train protection equipments (11, 12) controlled by controlling units (10). The units (10) have bidirectional communication units (15) to receive control commands from the computer, and calculation units (16) to transform the received commands into commands adapted to control each equipment.
