[origin: DE102004055481B3] The double leaf folding door (5) for a cupboard (1) has a first leaf (6) hinged (8) to a second leaf (7) along the median line of the door. The first leaf is hinged (9) to the roof of the cupboard (4). The hinge on the door has a bracket (12) on the first leaf. The door hinge has a sliding arrangement and a hinge pin (19), engaging a bracket (16) on the inner edge of the second leaf, so that it can fold back against it as the door swings open. A link (10) connected to the sidewall (2) controls the swinging motion of the second leaf. A handle (20) attached to the second leaf enables the door to be pulled forward and upward for opening.
