A user may easily clean the signal outputting portion by simply contacting an earwax guard tip at the signal outputting portion of the hearing aid to the liquid retaining member, letting the alcohol soak into the earwax, and thereafter rubbing the earwax guard tip against the brush while moving the in-the-ear hearing aid back and forth, left and right, for example.
