Abstract (en)
Device for adjusting and wedging a frame (22) of a window or door in a soffit (12) in the frame comprises a base part (28) for placing against the soffit and a lifting section (30) arranged on the base part via a hinge-like bar section. The bar section pivots about a deviating unit (32) so that the lifting section moves away from or moves toward the base part to adjust and wedge the frame. An independent claim is also included for a frame containing the above device. Preferred Features: The bar section is V-shaped with the ends of the V-sides being arranged on the base part and on the lifting section. A connecting section for the V-sides is also arranged between the base part and the lifting section.
