Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1662846A1] The fence has a capacitor, which is charged by means of a logic element connected to a primary coil of a transformer, in order to produce an HV- impulse. A second capacitor is provided for the increase of the impulse energy. A second logic element (THY2) is provided for the controlling of the loading procedure of the second capacitor (C2). A further capacitor is provided. A logic element is assigned to each capacitor for the controlling of the loading procedure.
