Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2005028258A1] The invention relates to a method for energy management, whereby large variations in current draw in the loom are reduced, in particular current draw spikes, caused by very high making currents for electric actuators and solenoid valves, which are more evenly distributed over time. The above is achieved, by means of a predictive working of said method for energy management, by determination of both energy available in the subsequent period and the energy requirement, based on switch-on requests and selects users for switching on, according to the priority thereof and an actual tolerance time, within which a user must be switched on at the latest, following the declaration of a switching-on request for the same. The tolerance time is continuously updated.
