[origin: WO2005035379A3] The invention relates to a container closure (1) comprising a cap (2) that can be applied to a container opening, a pouring element (20) arranged on the cap (2), an outlet tube (21), and a closing device that can close the outlet channel (22) of the outlet tube (21). Said closing device comprises a closing element (40) that is positioned on a sealing surface (8) arranged on the inlet (23) of the outlet channel (22) in the closing position, and can be displaced in the axial direction of the outlet tube (21), from a closing position to an opening position and vice versa, by means of an actuating element. The aim of the invention is to ensure a tight closure even when the pressure inside the container is high, and to be able to easily open the container closure. To this end, the actuating element is a pintail (30) that is arranged at a right angle to the longitudinal axis of the outlet tube (21) and is mounted in such a way that it can rotate therein (20).
