[origin: EP1665951A2] The device has a heated stamp (10) of electrically conductive material whose solid body can be directly resistively heated by controlled electric current flow. The solid body has at least one aperture (36) in its surface that faces the carrying plate (12) and the brush ends to be fixed to it during operation and that is enclosed by a material thickening on the opposite side of the solid body. An independent claim is also included for the following: (a) a toothbrush manufactured using the inventive device.
