Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1666105A1] The method involves applying, during a manufacturing cycle, physical decorative components (18, 19) against reinforcements (11-14) coated with resin at non-polymerized state. The components cover only a part of the surface of a sliding or rolling board such that they are encrusted in the resin during pressing of a superposition of layers of the board. The component (18) is deposited between a sole (8) and the reinforcement (12). The decorative component (19) is deposited between the reinforcement (14) and an external layer (15). The physical decorative components can be dried natural components such as flowers, tree leaves, lace ends, fabric piece, paper piece, aluminum film, flakes, powders and metal grid. An independent claim is also included for a sliding or rolling board.
